DVD Snapshot is a program that will help you to take snapshots of your favorite movies. The supported video files are AVI, WMF, MPG, MPEG and VOB. With this program you will be able to capture your favorite movies' scenes and then use them as your screensaver, as your messenger msn's photo or for whatever you want.
The program is extremely easy to use. To take a DVD snapshot, all you have to do is launch the application, insert a DVD drive, select the scene of the movie you want to take a snapshot of, and then just click on the button "Snapshot", and save the picture.
DVD Snapshot comes with default settings that can be adjusted. You will be able to select the image file format you want your snapshot to be saved in, the output path, and its view, vertical or horizontal. The supported file formats are JPG, GIF, TIF, PCX, PNG, BMP, TGA, PXM, WMF, PDF, PPM, PGM and others.
The only disadvantage of the program is that it's not free, though there are many similar programs for free in the Internet. Moreover, you can just make a screenshot to do the same DVD Snapshot does. Anyway, there is a time-limited free trial version, which you can download to test the program yourself. |
